I looked at a million bags before I found this one.. all I needed was a small bag to hold my work clothes, a small towel, water bottle and a few toiletries, and it had to have a shoe compartment. This is the perfect fit! As long as it holds up I’m beyond happy with this purchase!

Great customer service!Previous 3-star rating:The bag itself is great. I can fit my boots, and uniform in the bag which is what I wanted. I’m happy that it is compact, but fits a lot of stuff. Unfortunately, the bag is described as black, and when I selected “small black” it shows a picture of a clearly all black bag, I attached a screenshot of the listing. It does not say that the bag is dark grey/charcoal, with grey around the zippers, and black handles. As you can see from the other picture with my black backpack, the black gym bag is clearly not black. In the sun it looks even lighter than that. I ordered black because it is authorized for me to carry in uniform.

Nice looking well made bag for my bike,plenty of nooks and crannies,zippers are heavy duty,cant beat the price!!!

So comfortable and It’s made of a very quality material. After two months using it every single day looks like a new.

Update May 21st, 2019: I am a little disappointed one of the zipper pullers already broke, with little use may I say, I received this bag on February and didn't use it for two months, it's now May, so that's just one month using it.I'm just a little sad to see damage so soon with so little use.---------------------------------Hi, I received this bag as a birthday present, I have the X-Small version in Pink. The material seems to be high quality, it feels much nicer than my old Everlast Bag which was falling apart. The Shoe Compartment fits my 9.5 sneakers very well and there is some room left. At first, I thought the bad had one huge front pocket with two zippers but is really two pockets they are separated.Once the sneakers are in, there isn't that much space left, my old bag was 20X10X12 and I was used to it, I'm thinking maybe that's making me feel this one is a bit small but all my things fit nicely, for me the gym bag is of everyday use, I don't keep extra clothing in there, just what I need for the day so the size is ok, I can get my shoes, gym clothes for the day, a hand towel and water bottle and there is some space left, not a ton but some space.Something I'm fascinated about is the pockets, with my old gym bag I needed to have a makeup bag to carry some smaller items (it didn't have this many pockets), now I can use that inside zippered pocket and there is also an inside mesh pocket for extra things, I don't care much about the outside mesh pocket for the water bottle, it feels like the bottle is just going to fall off, but I'm sure I will find some alternative use for it.I'm very happy with the bag, you have the shoe compartment, a side compartment, the two front pockets, the inside small zippered pocket, and inner mesh pocket.I received it this week and I hope it will be long-lasting.
